§ Flexible Service Options such as Financial Only, Full Service, or completely design your own service. You choose the level of service that is needed for your association. § Ancillary Fees are kept to a minimum to offset our cost of materials or labor and we disclose all fees up front. We do not charge for office supplies, storage or retrieval documents, checks, Vendor’s 1099 processing, Website or portal fees, and GCM does not keep your Association’s late fees or fines. § Friendly Contract Terms – We are confident that you will experience “the GCM difference” therefore our management contract provides a 30 day cancellation notice with or without cause.
